Studio Tokei began with a fascination for vintage Japanese watches. What started with a few pieces slowly grew into a deeper appreciation for the design, engineering, and quiet character these watches develop over time.

Over the years I spent more time searching for pieces that had remained close to the way they left the factory. Original dials, unpolished cases, and parts that have aged together naturally are far more interesting to me than restored perfection.

Most of the watches offered here come from Japan, where vintage pieces are often preserved with remarkable care. Occasionally I add a Swiss watch or a modern Japanese piece when it fits the same philosophy.

Every watch in the shop is selected individually. The goal is simple: to offer watches that still feel authentic and have aged naturally over time.
