Shipping & returns
Shipping info
We process and ship all orders within 24 hours (mon-fri). You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. We use PostNL or DHL to ship your new timepiece.
Shipping fees
- NL €5 (free on orders over €200)
- EUR1 €15 (free on orders over €300)
- EUR2 €20 (free on orders over €400)
- World €35 (free on orders over €500)
NL: 1-2 days | Europe: 3-9 days | World: Up to 15 days
Please note that customs clearance can significantly delay deliveries outside the EU. These delays are not included in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control.

Customs
For shipments within the EU, there is no additional import/export duty, and VAT is included. For shipments outside the EU, VAT is not included, and additional import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be refunded by us.
Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of any additional fees and transit time.
Returns
We strive for transparency and hope you are satisfied with your order, but if you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. Please email us at info@studiotokei.com with your return request, stating your order number.
Returns are at your own cost and risk. Obtain proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items. For returns from outside the EU, mark the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid refusal and return. Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the return, though it may take a bit longer to appear on your bank statement.
- The item must be in its original state, undamaged, and without any signs of additional use.
- Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
- We will refund the cost of the item and the shipping fees. Please note that paid taxes cannot be refunded.
