Returns
We strive for transparency and hope you are satisfied with your order, but if you wish to return an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to do so. Please email us at
info@studiotokei.com with your return request, stating your order number.

Returns are at your own cost and risk. Obtain proof of postage, as we are not liable for lost or damaged items. For returns from outside the EU, mark the parcel as "returned goods" to avoid refusal and return. Refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving the return, though it may take a bit longer to appear on your bank statement.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@studiotokei.com.

Return conditions

  • The item must be in its original state, undamaged, and without any signs of additional use.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
  • We will refund the cost of the item and the shipping fees. Please note that paid taxes cannot be refunded.
