The watch While our passion leans toward Japanese masterpieces, we equally admire Swiss icons. This vintage Omega Seamaster from 1961 is a shining example.
This beautifully preserved hand-wound timepiece remains in unpolished, original condition and comes fitted with a high-quality 18mm crocodile leather strap by Mimosa, complete with the original Omega buckle.
The silver sunburst dial is flawless, showing no signs of aging. It is protected by the original Omega-signed domed acrylic crystal, identifiable by the subtle Omega logo at the center, which confirms its authenticity. Powering this piece is the copper-plated Omega Cal. 600 hand-wound movement, in excellent working order.
Details This watch spent its life in Japan, originally gifted as a commemorative award by Inoue Metal Works Co. LTD to mark a corporate milestone. The engraved Japanese inscription on the caseback tells that story and frames the iconic Seamaster medallion, which remains in exceptional condition despite the personalization.
