The watch Rare Seiko SND239 Chronograph in very good condition. Nicknamed ‘Moonwatch’ or ‘Space watch’ due to its distinctive case shape, short polished indices that resemble twinkling stars, and slightly domed crystal give the impression of gazing into space. The multi-level dial adds depth, making it a captivating piece to admire.
The case is in excellent condition with only a few minor signs of wear, as is the bracelet. The crystal has one scratch between 11 and 12 ‘o clock.
The chronograph functions perfectly. The watch features two pushbuttons: pressing the top button starts the upper subdial and the large second hand ticking. A second press pauses the movement, while the lower button resets the hands to 12. The large second hand operates exclusively with the chronograph function. The small subdial on the left continuously tracks seconds, while the bottom subdial records elapsed minutes during timing.
